Well, last Tuesday we all loaded up in the car and drove to the Philadelphia airport. It is fun driving to Philly from our place because we drive right by downtown, and it is so cool. We can't wait to go hang out in Philly one of these days. So anyway, we got on the plane and headed to good old Lubbock, Texas. The flight was good, but long. We flew from Philly to St. Louis but didn't have to get off the plane. Then we flew to Dallas, got off, grabbed a quick bite to eat and then jumped on the plane to Lubbock. One thing I will always like about the South Plains is the view from the air. The ground looks like a huge patchwork quilt. It is so beautiful!
